Gym Info

If you are new to the gym, then it can all be a little intimidating. For some reason, a lot of people think that it is only models and bodybuilders who go to the gym. The truth is that the average gym is full of people with bodies of all shapes, sizes, ages, and capabilities.

What they have in common is the drive to take care of their health, improve their fitness, and enjoy the other benefits of regular exercise, like increased energy and focus. Gyms are great places to exercise for several reasons; everything is under one roof, there is a variety of exercise equipment available, and you can still work out, even if the weather is terrible.

A REPS registered trainer can help you start and keep exercising.
They Will

  • Find out about your exercise background, any medical and health issues you have, your capabilities and goals and then design a programme specifically tailored for you.
  • Teach you the correct technique so your exercises are safe and effective.
  • Make sure you are getting the most out of every session by making them time efficient.
  • Keep you accountable and on track, even on tough days.
  • Change your programme regularly to keep you moving forward.
  • Inform and advise you on other areas related to your goals and aspirations.
