Group Classes


Evolve has classes for those of you who have not exercised for a while and classes suited to those of you who are used to training regularly at a higher intensity level.

With over 20 classes per week and participants ranging from 18 to 80yrs of age, you are sure to find a class to suit you. We are a licensed Les Mills facility teaching Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Balance, RPMand also instruct free style and circuit classes throughout the day too.

You do not have to be a member to have a go
.We allow casual visits any time from $10 for students and $14 for adults and if you don’t want to go straight home after - stay and ask us how to use other cardio equipment as well. As a member all classes are included free.

High Intensity Interval Training will take you to the next level with your fitness. A total body workout in 40 minutes incorporating functional training run by our qualified Gym Consultants to take you to the next level.


Power60, is 30 minutes of body toning using a variety of equipment including weights, resistance bands, Swiss balls and/or bodyweight followed by 30 minutes of RPM at the end.

Thai Boxing

Get ready to unleash your inner powerhouse with intense cardio. You will need self discipline and self control. Your entire body will be utilized in this workout.
