 What Do I Need to Bring?

Just yourself!

You should wear comfortable workout clothes but forget the shoes as we do the class barefoot to feel full contact with the floor for the balancing and postural work. In colder weather you may like to bring something warm to wear for the relaxation and meditation tracks.

If you wish you can bring your own yoga mat.

How Often Should I Do Les Mills BODYBALANCE®?

While you'll feel real benefits from coming to class just once a week most people try to come two times a week.

How Soon Will I Notice The Results?

It usually takes about four classes to really get to grips with the feel and structure of the class. You might also feel a little muscle soreness at first but this will quickly be replaced with a noticeable improvement in strength, flexibility and posture.
