Group Fitness Classes

At Evolve, you have the option of taking group classes. There are a variety of classes, for people who have not exercised regularly before and for those who already train at a high-intensity.

With over 20 classes per week and participants ranging from 18 to 80 years of age, you are sure to find a class to suit you. We are a licensed Les Mills facility teaching Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Balance, RPM, and also instruct freestyle and circuit classes throughout the day.

You do not have to be a member to have a go.

We allow casual visits any time from $10 for students and $14 for adults and if you don’t want to go straight home after - stay and ask us how to use other cardio equipment as well.

As a member, all classes are included free.

Class Descriptions


A no impact weights-based exercise class that works for every major muscle group in the body. It strengthens, conditions and tones muscles while burning calories, producing amazing results - fast


A high energy thigh and butt toning cardio class using a height-adjustable step. Tones muscles and increases your cardiovascular fitness.

RPM (On stationary bikes)

Battling bad weather and busy roads could be a thing of the past for keen cyclists and fitness fans. RPM is an exhilarating experience that burns calories and increases fitness – without the rain and fumes.


It’s Yoga – but not as you know it - this class focuses on strength, flexibility, and breathing. It invigorates and tones, releasing tight, tense muscles and leaving participants in a state of deep relaxation.


Combining high intensity aerobics, strength, and stabilization exercises. Perfect for fat burning and fitness. For all fitness levels.

Low Impact

For all ages and sexes, this is a low impact class which is great if you are wanting to increase your fitness while having fun.


High-Intensity Interval Training will take you to the next level with your fitness, strength and fat burning by alternating between high and low-intensity training in 60 minutes. We also have a short 40 minute version for those wanting to train in their lunch hour.


60 minutes of toning using a variety of equipment including weights, resistance bands and bodyweight whilst using the swissballs.


45 minutes of High Intensity Resistance Training using weights and a variety of cardio.  This class burns big calories whilst toning and working on your fitness involving short but intense exercise periods followed by periods of rest. 

Thai Boxing

Get ready to unleash your inner powerhouse with intense cardio. You will need self-discipline and self-control. Your entire body will be used in this workout.
